Lawrence has 30+ years experience across almost every aspect of international trade and supply chain covering a diverse range of industry sectors and global markets.
He has proven expertise in building innovative logistics and market entry solutions through distribution modelling, fulfilment strategies and strategic stakeholder partnerships.
Scott Welsford
Senior Business Consultant
Scott is a senior logistics and supply chain professional with experience in commercial strategy, operations, infrastructure and policy across both the private sector and government. His multimodal background spans rail and port terminals, distribution and warehousing. He specialises in logistics strategy and solution design, process improvement, contracting, supply chain data analysis and infrastructure investment cases, and has led major contract restructures and multi-stakeholder engagements with industry, government and regulators.
Vanessa Richards

With over 30 years of experience in international trade, freight forwarding, and logistics, Vanessa Richards brings a strategic mix of operational expertise, business development, and leadership. Her background in both management and ownership gives her a broad view of the evolving global supply chain. She is committed to building sustainable trade networks and actively mentoring new entrants to strengthen Australia’s logistics industry for the long term.
Darryl Daisley
Western Australia Representative
Darryl brings over 40 years of experience in customs and international trade. He spent 13 years with the Australian Customs Service, 15.5 years with PwC (across two terms), 6.5 years as Principal of Axum Pty Ltd, and 4.5 years with Pitcher Partners. In early 2025, he re-launched Axum to provide bespoke customs and cross-border trade services.
Bryan Clark

Bryan has extensive experience in delivering policy advocacy results in the agricultural, international trade and public sectors. Bryan is passionate and recognised as one of Australia’s leading experts on digital / paperless trade. He is a regular presenter and specialist speaker at ATLC workshops and consultant for ATLC professional services clients.
